Effective March 8, 2022, the City of Edmonton has lifted all covid restrictions (mask mandate). We are no longer requiring masks in store. Masks are now optional! If you feel more comfortable with one on, we encourage you to wear one.
Covid Guidelines during appointments:
We thank everyone for all your patience and love while we all navigate through this new normal.
We are taking necessary precautions for the safety of our staff and clients.
-All consultations are by appointment only
-All guests entering store are asked to sanitize their hands before we can start your appointment.
-We encourage all guests to stay in their assigned rooms and refrain from touching merchandise.
-Guests are asked to remove outdoor footwear upon entry of the store so we encourage bringing socks if you do not want to be bare feet.
-During your appointment, we would like for you to relax in your room and let us do all the work. We are trying to limit browsing to a minimum to practice social distancing and handling of merchandise to reduce exposure.
-If you are feeling unwell, Covid or not, please reschedule your appointment.
Appointments will be as follows:
All Merchandise Try Ons and Pick Ups are by appointment only, no exceptions.
* we discourage you from dropping in to pick up.
