We recommend booking an appointment for the best experience. Keep in mind, Saturday is very busy and usually books up weeks in advance.
Our large rooms can accommodate about 4 people comfortably.
Our bridal dresses range from approximately $1500 to $3500 with majority of the dresses between $2000 to $2600.
Our bridal dresses range from approximately $1000- $3500 with majority of the dresses between $1500 – $2500.
The majority of our samples are size 14. However, we also have a selection of gowns shown in sizes 18-22.
Yes we do sell dresses off the rack. Some of our designers are able to accommodate ordering on a shorter time frame. Please call to ask for more information.
Your private bridal consultation takes approximately 90 minutes with a personal consultant.
Unfortunately we do not allow outside beverages or alcoholic drinks in the store.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we encourage leaving the little ones at home.
We recommend ordering your bridal dress with a minimum of 8 months prior to the wedding date (bridal gowns take approximately 4-6 months to be made). If the wedding date is less than 8 months away, please contact us and we can discuss how we may be able to help you
We require a 60% deposit at the time of purchase to place your order.
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Should you choose to cancel your order, you can do so by forfeiting the deposit.
The size you chose is a standard size based on individual designer’s size chart. (the garments are NOT made to your measurements) Therefore, alterations should be expected and will likely be required.
*Please remember our consultant can only recommend a size based on your measurements but the decision is ultimately yours!
We are happy to refer you to a 3rd party seamstresses. Please schedule your 1st fitting at least 8-12 weeks before your wedding day.
We recommend budgeting approximately $500-700, however, certain styles could require more work and cost more. You will be quoted a price for the alterations agreed to by you during your 1st fitting appointment.
You are not obligated to work with our recommended seamstress.
Gowns must be picked up within 30 days of notification of dress arrival.
We do not carry any bridesmaids collections.
